Do you qualify for funding from the Veteran’s Administration?

From VA.gov: All enrolled Veterans are eligible for Adult Day Health Care IF they are eligible for community care and meet the clinical criteria for the service.

Independence Health & Therapy contracts with the Veteran’s Administration for Adult Day Services. Contact your VA provider for screening and approval.
